Cancellations:

Once an order has been approved and preparation has started, cancellations are not allowed. Given the perishable nature of our food, we cannot accept cancellations once the cooking process is underway.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for prepared food orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a problem with the food quality, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue appropriately.

Exchanges:

Exchanges do not apply to our food products. If there is an error in the order or the food is not prepared as requested, we may offer a remake of the dish. This will only be done in cases where a mistake has been made with the original order.
