Warning: If you choose to have DoNotCarry drop off any perishable items at the front door and not “in-hand” ; DonotCarry will not be responsible if any items get damaged or are inedible. DoNotCarry always recommends to meet your delivery person to pick up in-hand. Remember, all perishable items are non-refundable.

At Coronado Prime Meats, we are committed to delivering the freshest products directly to your door. We offer local deliveries through DoNotCarry, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

Nationwide Shipping:

We provide nationwide shipping to bring our premium meats to customers across the country. Due to the requirement to ship fresh products, a minimum order of $100 (excluding shipping and taxes) is necessary for delivery. Orders below this amount will be automatically canceled.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping your order. If you do not receive your shipment within this timeframe, contact us immediately at (915) 584-1411 or CoronadoPrimeMeats@gmail.com.

Cancellation Policy:

• Local Orders: Once an order is placed through DoNotCarry, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
• Nationwide Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. Orders that do not meet the $100 minimum will be automatically canceled.

Returns and Refunds:

• Local Orders: If there is an issue with your delivery, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to address the issue to your satisfaction.

• Nationwide Orders: If your shipment does not arrive as expected or if there is a problem with the quality of the product, please reach out to us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will either replace the product or refund your purchase as appropriate.
