Cancellation Policy – Blooming Memories Flower Shop Customers may cancel an order after approval and selection of a pickup time; however, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once the driver has picked up the order, cancellations are no longer permitted. Due to the nature of floral arrangements and gift items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and there are no refunds for products once they have been picked up or delivered. No returns are accepted by mail. All transactions must be completed in-store, and refunds will not be issued for postal orders.
