  • Cancellations: Customers can cancel their orders after approval as long as the cancellation occurs before the driver picks up the order. Once the order has been picked up by the driver, cancellations are no longer accepted.

  • Returns (In-Store): Customers may return products in-store within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns (Mail for Local Orders): For local orders, customers also have the option to return products by mail within 30 days after the delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Postal Orders

  • Cancellations: Customers can cancel postal orders after approval as long as the cancellation occurs before the driver picks up the order. Once the order has been picked up, cancellations are no longer accepted.

  • Returns: All postal order sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for postal orders.
