Local Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Customers may cancel their order after it has been approved and even after the driver has picked up the package for delivery. However, cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been delivered.

• Returns:
  Returns must be made in-store within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are only accepted for items that are broken or defective. A return form and proof of purchase are required for all returns.

Postal Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Customers may cancel their order after approval and packaging, including after it has been shipped, but only before delivery has occurred.

• Returns:
  Returns by mail are not accepted. All returns must be made in-store under the same conditions as outlined above.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a broken or defective item, you may follow the return process for a refund.
