General Conditions for All Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  Orders may be canceled after they have been placed but only if they have not yet been picked up for delivery. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been picked up.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns can be made in-store within 1 week of the delivery date. Refunds will be issued as store credit only; cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not available. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, and proof of purchase must be provided.

• Mail Returns:
  Returns by mail are accepted within 1 week of the delivery date. Products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Refunds will be issued as store credit only; cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not available.
