General Conditions for All Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.

For Local Orders

• Cancellation:
  You may cancel your order after it has been approved but only if it has not yet been picked up for delivery. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been picked up.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns can be made in-store within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued as store credit only; cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not available. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, and a reason for the return must be provided.

• Mail Returns:
  Mail returns are not accepted for local orders.

For Postal Orders

• Cancellation:
  You may cancel your order after it has been approved but only if it has not yet been picked up for shipping. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been picked up for delivery.

• In-Store Returns:
  Returns can be made in-store within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued as store credit only; cash, debit, or credit card refunds are not available. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, and a reason for the return must be provided.

• Mail Returns:
  Returns by mail are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. Refunds will include the product's value, taxes, and fees, excluding Shipping & Handling Fees (Shipping Label). Refunds will be processed as store credit only.

• Refund Processing:
  Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Clearance Items:
All sales are final on clearance items. No returns or refunds are accepted on these items.
