At Okoli Cafe, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please review our policies below:

Local Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Once an order has been approved and a pickup time has been selected, no cancellations are allowed. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations cannot be accepted once food preparation has begun.

• Returns and Remakes:
  Customers may request a remake or return the product in-store within 1 day of receiving it if there is an issue with the order, such as receiving the wrong item or an error in preparation. Remakes will only be provided if there was an issue with the order. Returns are not accepted for any other reason.

• Mail Returns:
  We do not accept returns by mail. All returns must be processed in-store.

Refunds:

• Refunds are available only if the return meets our specific criteria (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with unopened packaging where applicable, and proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required to qualify for a refund.

Proof of Purchase:
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns, refunds, and remakes. This receipt serves as the Return Form.
