At Fox Tinting & Alarm, we strive to provide high-quality auto parts and electronics. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have set the following guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Local Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Customers may cancel their order after it has been approved but before it has been picked up for delivery. No cancellations are allowed once the order has been picked up for delivery.

• Returns:
  Customers can return products in-store within 10 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in the same condition as it was received and they provide proof of purchase.
  Returns through mail are not accepted.

Postal Orders:

• Cancellations:
  Customers may cancel their order after it has been approved but before it has been shipped or picked up for shipping. No cancellations are allowed after shipping has occurred.

• Returns:
  Customers can return products in-store within 10 days of receiving the item. The product must be in the same condition as received, and proof of purchase is required.
  Returns through mail are not accepted.
