Local Orders Only

Uptown Nutrition operates as a local restaurant/café, and we do not process postal orders. Our services are exclusively available for local orders.

Cancellations

• No Cancellations: Once an order has been approved, it cannot be canceled, regardless of whether the driver has picked up the order. This policy is in place due to the resources and labor already expended in preparing your food.

Refunds and Exchanges

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any orders. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item or an incorrect order—we will gladly remake your food.

• Order Corrections: If you receive an incorrect order, please provide proof of purchase and return the incorrect food items to us. We will then remake the correct order for you.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all order corrections.
• Return of Incorrect Items: Incorrect food items must be returned to Uptown Nutrition in order to receive a corrected order.
