Product Return & Refund Policy

At Okoli Cafe, we strive to provide excellent service and quality to our customers. Due to the nature of our business as a restaurant, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read our policy carefully below:

Local Orders:

Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been approved and a pickup time has been selected. Due to the perishable nature of our products, once preparation of your order has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect item or a problem with preparation, customers may return the product in-store within 1 day of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition as it was received, and all returns require proof of purchase. This proof of purchase serves as the return form and must be presented for any returns or refunds. Refunds will only be processed if the conditions for incorrect or unsatisfactory items are met. Remakes will be offered only if there is an error with the order.

Mail Returns:

Mail returns are not accepted for Okoli Cafe. Any requests for returns must be made in-store within the specified timeframe.
