Cancellations:

Once an order has been approved and preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted. Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept cancellations after the cooking process has started. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds once the order has been prepared. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the incorrect item or a problem with the food quality, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not applicable for our food items. If there is a problem with your order, we may offer a remake of the item, but this will only be done in cases where there is an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong dish or if the food is not prepared as ordered.
