Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We begin preparing your food immediately to ensure it arrives fresh and on time.

Returns:
We do not accept returns for online orders. Given the nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been confirmed and delivered.

Remakes for Incorrect Items:
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact the restaurant immediately after delivery at (915) 412-9298. To qualify for a remake, the food must be returned or shown in the same condition it was received. We will work promptly to correct any mistakes and ensure your satisfaction.
